Coaching
This section outlines the service-level agreement between Ryan Decker (“Coach”) and you or your company (“Client”). By subscribing, you agree to the terms below. This is a monthly coaching subscription with automatic payments.
1. Scope of Services
Coach provides structured coaching focused on strategic thinking, professional accountability, and operational clarity. The service includes:
Two (2) 60-minute coaching calls per month (scheduled in advance)
Weekly async check-ins via Loom, email, or Notion
A shared workspace to track goals, plans, and progress
Feedback on systems, workflows, and priorities
Access to frameworks, prompts, and planning tools
This is a coaching relationship. Client is responsible for implementing any strategies or action items discussed.
2. Term and Renewal
This is a month-to-month subscription that begins on the date of checkout and renews automatically every 30 days until canceled.
3. Payment Terms
Client agrees to pay $1,000 USD per month. Payment is collected in advance via credit card and processed automatically each billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
4. Cancellation Policy
Client may cancel at any time by notifying Coach before the next billing date. Services will continue through the end of the current paid period.
5. Communication and Availability
Coach is available during standard business hours (Mountain Time) for async check-ins and scheduled calls. Communication will align with the defined weekly cadence.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep shared information confidential. This includes strategy, documents, communication, and any business or personal details discussed during the engagement.
7. Intellectual Property
Any materials, templates, or tools provided by Coach remain the property of Coach unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use these tools during and after the engagement.
8. Independent Contractor
Coach operates as an independent contractor. Coach is not an employee and will not receive employee benefits or tax withholdings. Coach maintains discretion over how services are delivered.
9. Liability and Indemnification
Coach provides strategic and advisory support, not legal, financial, or regulatory advice. Client agrees that Coach is not liable for business outcomes. Client agrees to indemnify and hold Coach harmless from any claims related to the use of services.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes will first be addressed informally. If unresolved, both parties agree to binding arbitration in Utah County, Utah.
