Impact

  • A founder was running sales, customer ops, and hiring. I stepped in to track client onboarding, prep internal briefs, write update emails, and handle candidate coordination. The team stopped pinging the founder for updates, and work moved without delay.

  • A small team had too many tools, no docs, and a chaotic process. I rebuilt their internal workflows in Notion, created a source-of-truth dashboard, and automated repeatable tasks. Everyone knew where to look, what to do, and how to track progress.

Terms

$5,000.00 every month

This section outlines the service-level agreement between Ryan Decker (“Consultant”) and you or your company (“Client”). By subscribing, you agree to the terms below. This subscription operates as an ongoing service engagement with automatic monthly payments.

1. Scope of Services
Consultant provides embedded, hands-on operational support. This may include:

  • Admin workflows and executive support

  • Project coordination and task management

  • Process design, systems setup, and documentation

  • Sales enablement, hiring logistics, and internal ops

Specific focus areas are defined collaboratively and may shift based on business needs.

2. Term and Renewal
This is a subscription service. It begins on the date of checkout and renews automatically every 30 days unless canceled by either party.

3. Payment Terms
Client agrees to pay $5,000 USD per month. Payment is collected upfront via credit card and processed automatically each billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

4. Cancellation Policy
Client may cancel at any time by notifying Consultant before the next billing date. Services will continue through the end of the current paid period.

5. Communication and Availability
Consultant is available during standard business hours (Mountain Time) for async communication and one live working session per week. Updates and deliverables are aligned to the Client’s active priorities.

6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential. This includes business strategies, documents, communications, tools, and any other materials exchanged during the engagement.

7. Intellectual Property
Any tools, templates, or systems created by Consultant remain Consultant’s property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use them within their business.

8. Independent Contractor
Consultant operates as an independent contractor. Consultant is not an employee and will not receive employee benefits or tax withholdings. Consultant may use vetted tools or subcontractors to support delivery.

9. Liability and Indemnification
Consultant offers operational support, not legal, financial, or regulatory advice. Client agrees that Consultant is not liable for outcomes or decisions made based on services. Client agrees to indemnify and hold Consultant harmless from any claims related to the use of services.

10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes will first be addressed informally. If unresolved, both parties agree to binding arbitration in Utah County, Utah.
