Chief of Staff: Elevate Service Agreement

By subscribing to the Chief of Staff: Elevate program and providing payment information, you (the "Client") agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. This agreement defines the scope of services, payment terms, and the obligations of both parties.

1. Services Offered

More involvement, more execution, more ownership. You get a real partner in the trenches—helping with systems, recruiting, leadership, and making sure things actually run smoothly.

  • Ongoing Systems & Process Ownership – I’ll clean up and manage your CRM, hiring workflows, outreach sequences, and internal processes.

  • Recruiting & Hiring Execution – Not just advising—I’ll handle sourcing, screening, and outreach to bring in real candidates.

  • Two Weekly Syncs – Deep dives into what’s working, what’s not, and what needs attention. No fluff, just solutions.

  • Ops & Workflow Fixes – If something’s inefficient or messy, I’ll step in and clean it up—whether it’s how you track deals, manage marketing, or onboard new hires.

  • Revenue & Growth Support – Need outbound sequences, marketing workflows, or better data tracking? I’ll build and optimize them.

  • Leadership & Team Alignment – I’ll help structure roles, improve team workflows, and ensure clear priorities for better execution.

  • Real-Time Support & Problem Solving – Whether it’s a hiring fire, a broken process, or a strategic decision, I’ll be there to help fix it fast.

At this level, I’m not just advising—I’m embedded in your team, making sure things move forward.

2. Payment Terms

  • The Client agrees to pay $4,000 per month, billed automatically to the payment method provided during subscription.

  • Payments are processed monthly on the same calendar day as the initial subscription date.

  • Failure to process payment will result in immediate suspension of services until payment is resolved.

3. Term and Termination

  • This agreement operates on a month-to-month basis, commencing upon subscription.

  • Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice.

  • No refunds will be provided for partial months of service already delivered.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective service delivery, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide necessary access to tools, systems, and information required to execute services.

  • Communicate priorities, needs, and changes related to strategic objectives.

  • Maintain an active payment method for uninterrupted service.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. Neither party will disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

6. Use of Client Name and Logo

The Client grants the Provider a non-exclusive right to include the Client’s name and/or logo in marketing materials and a list of clients served, unless the Client requests exclusion in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Provider will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided. The Provider’s total liability for any claim is limited to the monthly service fee paid by the Client.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Utah. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in accordance with Utah state law.

9. Agreement and Acknowledgment

By subscribing to the Chief of Staff: Elevate program and submitting payment information, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this agreement. Subscription constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
