By subscribing to the Chief of Staff: Elite program and providing payment information, you (the "Client") agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. This agreement defines the scope of services, payment terms, and mutual expectations between the Client and Ryan W. Decker (the "Provider").

1. Services Offered

Full-scale fractional Chief of Staff. Everything from the first two tiers, but I’m all-in on making things work. Your priorities become my priorities.

  • Deep Operational Ownership – I’ll manage and optimize key business functions—recruiting, sales ops, marketing workflows, and team efficiency.

  • Full Recruiting & Hiring Leadership – Sourcing, outreach, interviews, hiring strategy—I’ll drive the entire process end to end.

  • Strategic Decision Support – Need a second brain on tough calls? I’ll help analyze data, weigh trade-offs, and make smart decisions faster.

  • Day-to-Day Business Execution – From structuring meetings to managing key projects, I’ll bring order to the chaos and drive execution.

  • Revenue & Growth Acceleration – I’ll help refine and optimize outbound efforts, nurture sequences, and marketing strategies for better conversion.

  • Team & Leadership Enablement – I’ll make sure the right people are in the right roles, with clear priorities and alignment across the team.

  • High-Impact Problem Solving – If something’s broken, inefficient, or slowing you down, I’ll step in and get it running smoothly.

  • Executive-Level Communication & Reporting – I’ll create visibility into key business metrics and ensure you have the right insights to lead effectively.

  • Crisis & Firefighting Support – If something urgent needs handling, I’ll jump in and take ownership of getting it solved.

  • Your Dedicated Right Hand – Whatever’s needed to make your business run better, I’ll be there to execute, organize, and drive results.

This level is for founders and leaders who need a real operational partner—not just an advisor, but someone who gets in the weeds and makes things happen.

2. Payment Terms

  • The Client agrees to pay $7,000 per month, billed automatically to the payment method provided during subscription.

  • Payments are processed monthly on the same calendar day as the initial subscription date.

  • Failure to process payment will result in immediate suspension of services until payment is resolved.

3. Term and Termination

  • This agreement operates on a month-to-month basis, commencing upon subscription.

  • Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice.

  • No refunds will be provided for partial months of service already delivered.

4. Client Responsibilities

To facilitate the effective delivery of services, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide the Provider with necessary access to tools, systems, and information required to perform services effectively.

  • Communicate priorities, needs, and any changes related to the services in a timely manner.

  • Maintain a valid and current payment method for billing purposes.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. Neither party will disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

6. Use of Client Name and Logo

The Client grants the Provider a non-exclusive right to include the Client’s name and/or logo in marketing materials and a list of clients served, unless the Client requests exclusion in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Provider will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided. The Provider’s total liability for any claim is limited to the monthly service fee paid by the Client.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Utah. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in accordance with Utah state law.

9. Agreement and Acknowledgment

By subscribing to the Chief of Staff: Elite program and submitting payment information, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this agreement. Subscription constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
