Chief of Staff: Essentials Service Agreement
By subscribing to the Chief of Staff: Essentials program and providing payment information, you (the "Client") agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. This agreement defines the scope of services, payment terms, and the obligations of both parties.
1. Services Offered
For those who need focused, hands-on support but in small, consistent doses. Think of me as your systems and strategy partner, working behind the scenes to tidy things up, remove blockers, and help you stay on track.
Kickoff Call & Systems Access – We start with a deep dive into your setup, get access to key tools, and outline the biggest priorities.
Hands-On Execution – I’ll roll up my sleeves and help fix what’s broken—whether it’s organizing a messy CRM, tweaking an outreach sequence, or streamlining documentation.
Microdose Coaching & Support – A mix of async messaging and weekly syncs (if needed) to give you quick answers, feedback, and direction.
Templates, Playbooks & Fixes – Get practical resources tailored to your needs—hiring docs, workflow improvements, automation tweaks, and more.
Recruiting & Ops Help in Small Doses – Need help sourcing candidates, refining job descriptions, or setting up a process? I’ll step in and get it done.
This is built for quick wins and steady progress, not long-term deep work. Most clients start here and move up once they see the impact.
2. Payment Terms
The Client agrees to pay $1,000 per month, billed automatically to the payment method provided during subscription.
Payments are processed monthly on the same calendar day as the initial subscription date.
Failure to process payment will result in immediate suspension of services until payment is resolved.
3. Term and Termination
This agreement operates on a month-to-month basis, commencing upon subscription.
Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice.
No refunds will be provided for partial months of service already delivered.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure effective service delivery, the Client agrees to:
Provide necessary access to tools, systems, and information required to execute services.
Communicate priorities, needs, and changes related to strategic objectives.
Maintain an active payment method for uninterrupted service.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. Neither party will disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
6. Use of Client Name and Logo
The Client grants the Provider a non-exclusive right to include the Client’s name and/or logo in marketing materials and a list of clients served, unless the Client requests exclusion in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Provider will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided. The Provider’s total liability for any claim is limited to the monthly service fee paid by the Client.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Utah. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in accordance with Utah state law.
9. Agreement and Acknowledgment
By subscribing to the Chief of Staff: Essentials program and submitting payment information, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this agreement. Subscription constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
