That’s your constraint. One week to publish your next eBook, create your course, prepare your business idea pitch, write a book, find a new job, launch a new website, get that one thing done you have been waiting all year to do.
As we’ve discussed, creativity loves constraints. Your mind is probably working in ways it hasn’t before because now, it’s crunch time. If you had all the time in the world, it would still take you all that time to do that one thing. If you give yourself one week and hold yourself accountable for it, it just might take you only one week.
Knowing that you have accomplished something difficult in one week is an amazing confidence booster. Once you have that first week under your belt, you can move on to the next project. That’s how good habits are formed. It starts with anxiously taking responsibility. It continues with persistent humility. It becomes a habit with unceasing tenacity.
