Sometimes, I don't even know why I set goals.
And, wow, I don't think I would have ever said anything like that even a year ago. I just think that sometimes, you can over-plan. You can spend hours upon hours—guessing—essentially just to find out you were wrong. Then, when you come up short, you are almost disappointed, even when the results are amazing! Be careful about the incentives your set for yourself, it can skew your actions and the actions of those within your organization.
