The way out is through

The way out is through

Asking the tough questions. Learning something. Confronting the challenge head-on. Toughing it out.

Criticizing is easy. Getting angry is easy. Giving up on a relationship is easy. Firing someone is easy.

There are two strategies here: the first is to engage, listen, and seek to understand. The other is to assume, be right, and show who’s boss.

One may get you immediate, short-term results. The other will help you build something that lasts, something meaningful.

The way out is through. And you’ll be all better for it.
