They don't come often. The chance to speak up, choose yourself, prove your worth, display your value.
But here's the thing, because the air is thinner near the top, it gets harder to breathe. In other words, because these once in a lifetime opportunities don't happen every day, we're not used to the moment. We freeze. Or, as Chad would say, we clinch. And when we clinch, we miss every time.
It's not enough to merely suggest playing loose or acting like you belong. Those are the results, not the pieces of a strategy. How do you get to the point where you feel comfortable in the big moment?
