On Fear

On Fear

Fear is easy. It’s a reactive response. That’s why it makes us feel hopeless.

Courage is hard. It’s a proactive action. That’s why so few people practice it.

If this is the case, then fear will never go away by thinking about it. This will only make things worse.

When we embrace our fears and do the things we are afraid of, we are empowered and become more capable.

And that takes courage.
