No. 789 / Anticipating memories

Even after something happens, we formulate a narrative in our minds to convince ourselves it was something different. We can literally modify memories to the point where we are changed due to things that might not have even happened.

So what if we choose to anticipate those memories before they even occur? Just like normal memories fade when we stop reviewing them, so too will dreams if we stop believing in them.
