No. 40 / In a hurry to get nowhere fast

If you have ever gone on a hike with a child, you know that they like to take their time. They like to check out the tadpoles, smell the flowers, and collect different rocks along the path. But then they are taught to "grow up." No longer is it about lingering along the trail, but rather arriving at the designated destination in "x" amount of time.

When you were a child, you were curious, full of ideas, and ready to create art for the sake of creating art.

Sure, you may now have put off childish things (or maybe not), but that doesn't mean you still can't be childlike.
