If not you, then who?

If not now, then when? 

These two questions were posed to me years ago and continue to remind me of a term we fail to forget all too often: ownership. 

What if you were responsible for everything that happened to you? What if your current life situation, everything you have and don't have is all because of the things you have thought, felt and did or did not do? 

We too quickly place the blame on outside circumstances, on things we "can't control." As soon as you decide that only you control your happiness, life direction, and destiny; your world begins to change.

It starts with your thoughts. You become what you think about. Be grateful for the things you do have then visualize on the things you would like to have. 

To recap: 1) What is a goal you can set that is so big, if you accomplished it, it would blow your mind? 2) Be grateful for what you already enjoy. 3) Focus on what you want. 4) Take steps each day to get there. 5) Repeat daily.
