What if the things you think are saving you time are actually preventing you from getting things done?
DONE. As in published, shipped, presented, finished, completed. The whole reason you set goals is not to have a beautiful journal full of inspiring things you are going to do (although I do love my leather journals), the real reason you set goals is to accomplish goals.
Productivity is a means to an end. The point is not to get faster, smarter, and more efficient for the sake of just having more time. The point is to gain more freedom so that you can focus on doing (and finishing) work that matters.
If you are always looking for ways to be more productive, you may never end that search. If something works, implement it, move on and complete your work.
