Yes, I believe Franklin D. Roosevelt said it best: 

 “It is common sense to take a method and try it. If it fails, admit it frankly and try another. But above all, try something.”

We sometimes become so preoccupied with not making a mistake that we don’t even try in the first place. It is a valid question to ask: “what if it doesn’t work?” But, for as many times as we ask ourselves that question, let us as: “what if it DOES work?” 

Your life demands bold, persistent experimentation. The more you try, the more you will fail, but the closer you will get to something that works.
