A number of months ago I wrote about Plan B. The message of that post was to emphasize the point that Plan B typically become Plan A, for the simple reason that we spend more time ensuring our contingency plan is in place than actually executing the initial plan.
But here's the other thing about Plan B: it can sometimes be better than Plan A. Better for different people at different times in their lives for different reasons. Plan A might have greener pastures, but Plan B has everything you're looking for.
Waiting and hoping is not a plan. Go make something happen. Work toward something. Make something you're proud of. And whether it's Plan A or Plan B that works, pat yourself on the back, it probably worked out just how you planned.
