A results-driven culture
Which is to say: a factory. Factory workers will do exactly what you tell them to do. They clock in, clock out, no questions asked. They’ve been brainwashed to believe that they have been trained to perform as handy cogs in your well-oiled machine. Sure they might bicker and complain about the working conditions, the pay, their boss, but that’s okay - they’re replaceable.
In a results-driven culture, everyone is replaceable! You can always hire someone else who is more productive, more skilled, more obedient, and less willing to challenge the status quo.
As a result, you will have succeeded in creating a culture that produces self-doubt, resentment, a bad reputation, poor customer service, a suffering community, zero innovation, and meaningless work.
In a results-driven culture, you will get results, just maybe not the ones you were aiming for.
