There are few things as damaging as a bad attitude. One might argue that hope doesn’t get real results and it’s not an effective strategy, but I would say it’s at least an awfully good place to start.
Your attitude is your brand. It’s who you are, it’s what you sell. You could walk around moping but, chances are, that won’t make people feel warm and fuzzy inside.
Your engagement in the moment. Your energy and effort. Your smile. That’s what you sell. And, it just might make someone’s day.
